Comfortable bed, clean bedroom and bathroom, smart tv- so I could screen cast, and received help with that too, (I don't know what it is with British channels, they don't just cut it for me) and a bright helpful staff in general, (save 1. Or 2). Lara was especially helpful with recommendations on room choice. Great ambience too. We had stayed in another hotel before coming here, but i was most relaxed here... Would love to return.

Great food and our server, Samim, made the night. Very attentive, personable and just a wonderful person. The code dish was very tasty as was the scallops. Recommend you stay at the Sofitel and eat here. Stayed one night before our flight home. THANK YOU

Our waiter Delwar was attentive and polite and made our experience just that little more special. Food and service was excellent. Having used the Sofitel Hotel and associated restaurants at Gatwick on many holiday trips I would certainly recommend them.

Fab start to our holiday

Had a fab stay at the Sofitel, got upgraded by the lovely Kushani, to a luxury room with club lounge access. Can’t thank you enough for a wonderful start to our holiday 🥰 Went to the club lounge for some drinks and to watch the planes and the lovely Alexandra served us with a lovely welcoming smile and lots of giggles. The room was lovely, great view to the runway and the softest bed and pillows 😍 All in all couldn’t fault anything and will look forward to staying here again. Thank you Sofitel

From first impressions, it was great. Check in was quick, service was excellent BUT by far, the most memorable thing was the staff and mainly, Alexandra in the lounge. This girl understands customer service. She is a credit to the hotel. She totally made our visit the first of many.
